What happens after I download the guide or reach out to DanCan?
You get the guide immediately and a copy by email. If you ask for a conversation, Dan or a team member replies personally, usually within one business day, to set up a 15-minute call. The call is about understanding where you are and answering your questions; it is not a pitch, and no opportunity is presented unless it is appropriate for you and you are eligible, in which case it comes with its own offering documents.
Step by step
- The guide. Request it on the guide page. It opens on the next screen and a copy goes to your inbox, along with a short series of emails that walk through the ten questions.
- The stories and the podcast. Watch a few property stories and an episode or two of The Invested Life. You will know quickly whether Dan’s approach fits how you think.
- The conversation. Use the contact page or call 509-847-3677. Fifteen minutes: where you are, what you have read, what you want to understand. Dan will tell you honestly if private real estate is not the right fit for your situation.
- Eligibility. If you want to go further, the next step is understanding which opportunities you are eligible for. Many are limited to accredited investors, and verification may be required. See Do I need to be an accredited investor?
- Documents. Any actual opportunity is described only in its offering and legal documents. Read them, take them to your adviser, and ask every question on the checklist.
What we will not do
Pressure you, promise a return, or ask for a decision on a call. Sell or share your information. Present an opportunity you are not eligible for.
