What is the DanCan Private Investor Network?

The network is not a fund, a product, or a sales funnel. It is the group of people around Dan Cantillana who want to understand private real estate well enough to decide, on their own terms, whether it belongs in their plan.

What it is built on

Dan’s investing runs on three words: referrals, community and opportunity. The properties come through relationships built over twenty-plus years in Spokane and Kitsap County: realtors, wholesalers, contractors, attorneys, neighbors, a son on a golf range. Most never reach the MLS. When investors participate with Dan, they are participating in that network as much as in any single house.

How it works, in order

1. Learn. Read the Top 10 Questions, watch the property stories, listen to The Invested Life. All free, no pitch.
2. Ask. Bring your questions to a 15-minute conversation with Dan. The goal is understanding, not a decision.
3. Decide. If an opportunity is appropriate for you and you are eligible for it, it is presented through its own offering documents, which control everything.

What it is not

It is not open to everyone, and it should not be. Many opportunities are limited to accredited investors. Some people should never place capital in illiquid private investments, and Dan will say so. The network works because it is selective in both directions: investors choose Dan, and Dan chooses who is a fit.
